Here's the issue with Congressman Perlmutter. You missed the current Federal civil rights law violations in Lakewood. The USDOT Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has their oil tax funded building hidden on Van Gordon. You have a civil rights violation waiting to be investigated. They have the fewest percentages of ethnicity and disabled employees ever encountered in U.S. government employment. It’s also about their exploitation and your ability to ignore the facts. As someone who “speaks” to the Epilepsy Foundation, the FHWA threatened and forced me, an epileptic out on the street in 2007. The FHWA thrives while they boot Federal employees out when they may be a burden on their white male dominated culture. The FHWA should be investigated as Civil rights and ADA violators. The FHWA refused to lower its U.S. FLAGS on 9-11-07 & 09. Channel 7 reported but the FHWA continues. They have Mr. Perlmutter to thank at 12600 West Colfax. You refused to lower our flag, the largest and highest in the county for Senator Kennedy and it finally came down on 9-11-2009. People are being informed again about your refusals. Health care reform and you ignore Federal abuses in your backyard. You know Epilepsy. Do you know Congressman Coehlo or Chief Justice Roberts? Perhaps you should meet Mr. Leon Pinneta to learn more about their assistance to Federal employees in their CA counties. You learned how the FHWA threw me out with my epilepsy in 2007 after 28 years of credible Federal service as a professional engineer with just one grand mal in their office. Thanks to Mr. Pinneta for helping my brother in the USAF, my mother, and then me through U.C. Davis with an earlier USDA in 1977. I am now on the brink of another retaliation by Mr. Perlmutter and his Federal managements. I am fortunate to get my 30 years at age 50 to apply for disability retirement but this was threatened by FHWA and now the USDA. If only Secretary Vilsack answered my question here in August. They silenced me because they gave me little or no duties since being reclaimed from FHWA in 2007. FHWA told them to hire me. I sat for over 2 years with no USDA work agenda, no USDA work schedule, no USDA accountability from a small USDA agency trying to take old space left by the USBOR on the Center. The CO USDA has NO stimulus money like its office in Davis, CA because it has no team leadership. Now they want to throw me out on the street with no retirement, health care, and the to bring an expensive Denver attorney to argue my civil rights. You know a grand mal from the outside looking in. Enjoy it while an introverted supervisor is trying to spit out, “You will also forfeit your 30-years of accrued leave with our adverse action." Over 30 minutes of convulsion set in over my mind and body. Channel 8 talks and the truth is, I believe you are behind this attack simply because I asked for Federal flags to be lowered in respect, and more at 12600 West Colfax with you and the IRS to honor the dead and dying. Our children and our veterans are watching you, are your children?
